'DISOBEDIENCE' IN THE BOOK OF JOSHUA

'DISOBEDIENCE' IN THE BOOK OF JOSHUA

(1)Introduction (Joshua 8:1):
~The children of Israel 🇮🇱 suffered defeat in the hands of Ai because of the son of Achan. Achan was exposed, the nation was cleansed and God was willing to work with them again.
~But the decision to purge ourselves of every form of sin would bring the Lord of hosts to our side.
~May He teach us today in Jesus' name; Amen.

(2)The Danger of Disobedience:
~Disobedience is the first sin in the Garden of Eden and what replied Adam and Eve their bliss.
~Disobedience of one man denied the whole of Israel on victory ✌.
~Achan disobeyed God by touching the forbidden things.
~Joshua disobeyed by not committing his way to God.
~Israel disobeyed by not praying 🙏 for its leaders.

(3)Fear Not:
~The only people who can hear "fear not" are those on the side of God.
~Though there is a "fear not" for every given day, none is meant for the enemies.
~Those who are not on the side of God have many things to fear.
